CityGroup’s FM team has been awarded the contract to manage the facilities of a large medical center on the Fylde Coast. The contract duration is three years and is worth £120k per year. The practice manager said, “CityGroup FM are a one-stop shop for us, they have a strong presence providing a range of services to primary care, and we very much feel looked after 24hrs a day.”
