Environmental
City Group recognise the environmental challenges that it and the world faces, such as greenhouse gas emissions, protecting biodiversity, water resources and deforestation and we have strategies in place to meet these challenges. City Group endeavours to minimise its environmental impacts and are constantly looking for ways to further reduce them.
Social
City Group use measures to evaluate and strengthen our relationships with our social environment such as our employees, our local communities and people in general, considering aspects like employment, health, safety and diversity.
Governance
City Group have adopted criteria related to governance mechanisms, shareholder rights and executive management responsibilities. We use these to examine our decision-making processes, our organisational structure, control mechanisms and compliance systems.
